Salary $55,000.00 - $65,000.00
Build careers. Grow teams. Help expand access to life-changing care.
Behavioral Framework is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.
We’re looking for a recruiter who enjoys finding great people, building candidate relationships, solving hiring challenges, and taking ownership of their positions from the first conversation through hire.
As a Recruiter at Behavioral Framework, you’ll partner closely with hiring leaders to identify talent across our growing organization while delivering a candidate experience that reflects who we are as a company. You’ll use a combination of proactive sourcing, recruiting technology, market knowledge, and relationship building to develop strong pipelines and keep hiring moving.
