IB - ICG GFX Sales - Analyst

Details of the Division and Team:

ICG is a global sales team covering various institutional clients including Hedge Funds, Insurance companies, Asset Managers, Banks, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Private Banks.

In APAC, we have salespeople located across the regional hubs in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Sydney as well as in several countries across Asia. We are looking for a salesperson based in Singapore to focus on FX products on both the cash and derivatives space.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage an active portfolio of Continental European clients, with direct client coverage and relationship management responsibilities.

• Present investment ideas and opportunities to Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Real Money, Central Banks and other institutional clients.

• Leverage knowledge of Deutsche Bank’s eCommerce products and trading relationships to deliver bespoke workflow solutions that meet client needs and increase wallet share and relevance.

• Work closely with the trading team across Spot, Forward, Options and Segregated Execution on the optimisation and analysis of client flows.

• Conduct regular client reviews and visits, with proactive follow-up to identify business opportunities and deepen client relationships.

• Provide coverage across multiple institutional client segments.

• Coordinate daily with Global Sales teams based in the UK and Continental Europe.

• Partner with Legal, KYC and Credit teams to onboard new client relationships

Your skills and experience:

• 2–4 years' experience executing FX structured products for Continental European institutional and corporate clients.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in client coverage across Foreign Exchange and Precious Metals products within G10 markets.

• Strong knowledge of FX and Rates products, including structured solutions.

• Demonstrated track record of originating and executing client business flows from Continental Europe into Asia and Asia Emerging Markets.

• Experience covering multiple institutional client segments, including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Real Money and Official Institutions.

• Good local market knowledge and understanding of macroeconomic developments.

• Strong business origination skills, with the ability to identify and monetize new opportunities and leverage existing relationships across the institutional client base.

• Results-oriented, with a proven ability to drive business growth and deliver against commercial objectives.

• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business and economic data and assess its implications for client requirements.

• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
