Salary: $22-$28 Per Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and clean laboratory work areas daily
• Disinfect all incoming dental materials from clinical teams
• Pour dental impressions and mount casts
• Assist in processing acrylic resins using injection techniques
• Utilize dental laboratory materials including impression materials, plasters, stones, waxes, acrylics, and composites
• Operate laboratory equipment such as hand tools, dental lathes, handpieces, presses, and flasks
• Scan dental casts using 3D scanning technology
• Work under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager or most senior technician
• Follow established procedures while using sound judgment on a case-by-case basis
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to support patient-specific solutions

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:

• Previous dental lab experience preferred
• CDT certification or completion of an accredited dental laboratory program preferred (not required)
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong communication skills and commitment to high-quality work
• Comfortable standing for extended periods (up to 10-hour shifts)
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
