Foco em Resultados: Realizar a gestão de indicadores da loja (KPIs), buscar a melhoria contínua da performance, traçar estratégias de vendas e celebrar cada meta superada.
Operação: Cuidar das rotinas administrativas e operacionais com agilidade e assertividade. Gerenciar o inventário, o fluxo de caixa, garantir que a loja esteja sempre impecável, do estoque à vitrine, criando um ambiente atrativo e organizado
Foco no cliente: Assegurar que cada pessoa que entre na loja tenha uma experiência de compra encantadora e inesquecível
Quais os Requisitos?
Ensino Superior cursando ou concluído
Experiência em gestão de pessoas, liderança de equipes e operação de loja/varejo
Forte vivência em vendas, gestão de indicadores e entrega de resultados
Conhecimento em Excel (ou ferramentas similares) e ferramentas digitais
Quais os Diferenciais?
Vivência em atendimento consultivo no setor de cosméticos.
