Oly is McMillan Shakespeare’s newest and most exciting brand, we have been first to market with a new offering to enable all car owners in Australia to apply for a car lease via Oly through their workplace. 

Here’s how you will make a difference in this role… 

As an Employer Relationship Manager with Oly, you'll play a pivotal role in the business, developing and maximising a portfolio of small-to-medium (SME) businesses.  Your role will be pivotal in driving the successful onboarding of SMEs, fostering long-term relationships, and developing opportunities for repeat novated leasing business.

At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: 

  • Help drive Oly’s overall SME employer growth strategy through portfolio development
  • Establish and execute strategic plans to grow the number of SMEs that are engaged with Oly
  • Increase participation rates within each employer within the portfolio
  • Develop plans to regularly communicate with clients to keep the Oly value proposition front of mind
  • Assess and evaluate opportunities to enhance our employer strategy and performance
  • Provide regular reporting to frontline teams, department heads and ELT
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement to the SME employer onboarding experience

To be considered for this role you will have: 

  • Proven sales and relationship management skills
  • Track record of success in portfolio management
  • Well-developed negotiation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex products into easily understood concepts
  • Experience in contributing to the development of sales strategies and plans.
