Pay is: $23.51-$27.02 per hour depending on duties assigned

Shift: 4-On/4-Off, 12-hour shifts. You may work days or nights depending on production necessity.

We're looking for a Production General Laborer who enjoys working with their hands, staying active throughout the day, and taking pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment.

No specialized maintenance experience is required. We value dependable employees with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do:

• The potential to learn different positions like: Forklift, Packer, Quality Analyst, Stacker, and Sorter amongst other opportunities!
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Operate forklifts safely and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Support maintenance and facility projects using hand and power tools
• Assist with equipment installation, movement, assembly, and repair activities
• Help maintain hazardous material, compressor, and utility areas
• Perform pallet repair, painting, housekeeping, and general plant upkeep
• Maintain plant grounds, including mowing, trimming, trash removal, and snow removal
• Identify and report equipment issues, leaks, or unsafe conditions
• Participate in training activities and assist with other duties as assigned

We Need You To Have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
