We are looking for a reliable and organized Automotive Service Parts Coordinator to join our dealership team. Key Responsibilities
- Stage parts for service repair orders for technicians
- Deliver parts to technicians in a timely and organized manner
- Assist the service and parts departments with daily workflow
- Verify part numbers and quantities before distributing parts
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the parts warehouse
- Assist with stocking, inventory organization, and receiving parts shipments
- Communicate with parts advisors and technicians to ensure accurate parts delivery
- Return unused parts and update inventory as needed
- Help maintain efficient parts flow between the service and parts departments
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred but not required
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Good communication skills with technicians and parts staff
- Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed
- Basic computer skills are helpful
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen for illegal substances
- Authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and move parts up to 75 lbs
- Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching are required throughout the day
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or service department environment
