Onsite Production Print Specialist & Printer Fleet Coordinator - Monroe MI

Applied Innovation is seeking a self-directed, detail-oriented individual to assist in the day-to-day operations for one of our client locations in the Owosso area in this entry level position. This is a Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm position located at Monroe Community College at a client location in our print shop. As an Onsite Print Specialist & Fleet Coordinator, below is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities.

• Develop, implement, and manage all site operations printing needs
• Operate both high volume production print equipment and office print production equipment
• Complete print production, delivery, and output requirement needs of the Print Center
• Document creation capabilities
• Responsible for on-site inventory of parts and supply items

• First responder/ First level triage
• Supply replenishment
• Hot-swap device management
• Coordination and assistance with equipment moves and installations

• Liaison with client IT
• Central contact for both the Applied Innovation Customer Loyalty Center and Service Department
• Establish best practices and Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain daily logs
• Reporting
• Understanding and adherence of contractual Service Level Agreements
• Perform other duties as assigned
   

Excellent customer service skills are essential, and candidates must be dependable, professional, organized, detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.  Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel and Word.  Demonstrated understanding of printing technologies, working knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs and uses, is a plus. This position requires background clearance, along with client clearance requirements, including flu vaccination.
