Job Description

The WB Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients within the Wealth Banking segment, providing comprehensive financial solutions and advice.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients, expanding the bank's Wealth Banking client base.
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and propose tailored investment, insurance, and lending solutions to clients.
* Provide expert advice on a wide range of wealth management products and services, including unit trusts, bonds, structured products, and bancassurance.
* Monitor market trends and economic conditions to provide timely and relevant financial insights to clients.
* Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and other internal stakeholders to deliver integrated financial solutions.
* Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives for Wealth Banking products and services.
* Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
* Participate in client events and seminars to enhance client engagement and acquisition efforts.

Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the wealth management or banking industry, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
* Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Holder of relevant financial licenses (e.g., Investment Consultant license, Insurance Broker license) is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is essential.
