Bowser Automotive is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to serve as the connection between our customers and service technicians. In this role, you'll help ensure every customer receives a seamless service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you will:
- Welcome customers and accurately document vehicle concerns and service requests.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and identify additional maintenance or repair needs when appropriate.
- Prepare repair estimates and communicate expected completion times.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and provide updates as needed.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Verify payment methods and administer applicable warranties.
- Test drive vehicles when necessary to verify customer concerns or completed repairs.
- Review completed repairs with customers and ensure a positive delivery experience.
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction (CSI) by providing outstanding service.
- Follow all Bowser Automotive safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive dealership or independent repair facility preferred.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle maintenance.
- ASE certification is a plus.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
