Manages freight flow by:
- Moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment.
- Operating equipment such as single and double pallet jacks, lift equipment, and pacers.
- Identifying, counting, separating, combining, and scanning freight.
- Utilizing warehouse management systems, terminals, scales, and scanners.
- Maintaining accurate records, logs, and documentation.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by:
- Implementing related action plans.
- Utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
- Applying company standards in daily business processes and practices.

Maintains an organized and safe work environment by:
- Keeping the work area clean and organized.
- Supporting efficient freight flow operations.
- Stacking and organizing empty pallets.
- Moving empty pallets using pallet jacks and other powered equipment as needed.

Monitors freight to ensure:
- Cold-chain compliance requirements are met.
- Product-specific handling and storage requirements are maintained.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $28.80* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
