Territory Manager

Location: Western Sydney

Territory: NSW/ACT
Salary Package: $100k - $120k + Super + Company Car + Bonus

Role Overview

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for growing sales across NSW and ACT. You'll manage existing customers while actively pursuing new business, spending your time in the market meeting customers, visiting sites and uncovering opportunities.

This is a role for someone who likes being out in the field rather than behind a desk. You'll manage your own schedule, build your pipeline and take ownership of the sales process from prospecting through to close.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your assigned territory
• Meet customers and prospects regularly across the region
• Generate and convert new business opportunities
• Develop existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers
• Manage sales from initial contact through to close
• Identify market and customer opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and forecasting
• Work with internal teams to deliver customer solutions

Candidate Profile

• 2 - 5 years' experience in B2B sales, territory management, account management or business development
• Proven ability to win new business and grow customer accounts
• Energetic, driven and confident, engaging customers face-to-face
• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling and actively creating opportunities
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory
• Comfortable selling technical products or solutions
