About the Role

All-Weather Seal of West Michigan is looking for a Marketing Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring efforts for our marketing teams across West Michigan. This role focuses on executing the front half of the recruiting lifecycle and helping bring in high-quality, people-facing candidates who represent our brand well.

In this role, you will handle sourcing, prescreens, setting interviews for our Head Marketing Recruiter, onboarding, and coordinating training locations while maintaining strong organization and follow-up. You will work closely with hiring managers and the recruiting team to support hiring goals and maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the front half of the recruiting lifecycle for marketing roles across multiple Michigan territories
• Run a high-volume recruiting pipeline with a focus on speed, consistency, and quality
• Execute sourcing strategies to attract enthusiastic, motivated, and people-oriented talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple markets
• Ensure timely candidate communication, interview scheduling, and hiring follow-up
• Coordinate onboarding steps to ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics to stay aligned with hiring goals
• Represent All-Weather Seal at job fairs, networking events, and college career programs
• Maintain organization and consistency across all recruiting processes

What You Bring

• Proven recruiting experience (high-volume recruiting strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of recruiting funnels, metrics, and follow-up discipline
• Experience using sourcing tools such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities
• Paylocity HRIS experience is a plus
• A proactive, positive mindset with a genuine care for people
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, in-office, team-driven environment

Pay & Perks

Compensation: $45,000–$55,000+ (base salary + monthly performance-based bonus)
