A day in the life.

We're seeking a delivery professional to support our expanding organization. The Delivery Analyst provides delivery support and administration to Delivery Leads and project teams, helping maintain delivery transparency, strong documentation discipline, and reliable execution cadence.

You will help keep plans, status, documentation, and logs current; coordinate meetings and communications; and support day-to-day execution tasks so teams can focus on delivery.

This role is primarily tactical and is ideal for someone building a foundation in technology delivery and Agile ways of working.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborating with project managers and owners, maintain project portfolio data in the Enterprise PPM tool (e.g. Planview Portfolio), ensuring project data including resource profiles are current.
• Build, manage dashboards and reports as needed that highlight portfolio progress, resource utilization (capacity vs demand) and upcoming initiatives.
• Maintain delivery tooling and templates (e.g., Smartsheet/ /ADO Boards), ensuring schedules, milestones, owners, and dates are current.
• Compile and distribute status updates, dashboards, and meeting materials; capture actions, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Maintain consolidated RAID logs (risks, issues, actions, decisions) and support follow-through on mitigation tasks.
• Coordinate project logistics such as meetings, workshops, release/cutover checklists, and training logistics.
• Support basic financial and vendor tracking (timesheets, invoice readiness, milestone evidence) as directed.
• Assist with documentation updates including runbooks, release notes inputs, and operational readiness artifacts.

Our future colleague.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, delivery support, PMO, or a related role (or equivalent experience).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision on moderately complex coordination tasks, escalating issues early and proposing practical solutions.
• Experience with a project portfolio management tool (experience with Planview Portfolio or a similar tool preferred)
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and delivery tools; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including meeting coordination and notes/action tracking.
• Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery concepts (or strong interest in learning).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Experience building simple dashboards or reports (Power BI, etc.).
• Background in IT or Technology environments
• Working knowledge of financial tracking or forecasting concepts (effort, cost, ROI)

The applicable base salary range for this role is $112,000 to $168,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
