Lead ERP process excellence and development activities for Gas Power Sourcing by developing and optimizing processes that enable the regions, businesses, and commodity teams to focusing on process simplification and business growth. Area of focus includes blueprinting, design, process re-engineering, implementation, and hyper-care activities to support Gas Power business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drives Sourcing strategy for business change management initiatives tied to ERP simplification for both Services and New Unit projects.
• Drives Controls integration initiative for Sourcing and support process improvement activities.
• Owns purchase order template update process for all Gas Power ERP’s.
• Develops expertise within function. Grows reputation within the organization. Influences policy and ensures delivery within own function, linking with other functions of the organization.
• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
• Presents business solutions to leaders in functional area. Communicates moderately complex messages effectively and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take actions.
• Leads others to find creative solutions to address moderately complex problems that may impact the organization. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
• Collaborates across functions and teams to drive strategy and critical path decisions to maximize project impact, drive simplification and standardization efforts within scope.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
• This role requires significant experience in the Sourcing & Sourcing Initiatives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hungarian
