Principal Responsibilities
Provide proactive administrative support to the Ontario Sales team, Regional Sales Managers, Directors, and other business leaders, ensuring priorities are managed efficiently and key business activities run smoothly.
Support sales operations and sales programs by preparing and maintaining reports using advanced Excel tools and assisting with sales promotions, rebate programs, and other initiatives that support business objectives.
Support business administration and operational processes by managing purchasing requests, processing invoices through SAP, and coordinating administrative workflows while ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls.
Coordinate customer visits, meetings, sales events, travel arrangements, expense submissions, and other activities that contribute to a professional and positive stakeholder experience.
Manage office operations and vendor relationships, including facilities coordination, office supplies, maintenance activities, contractor management, and ensuring required safety documentation and training requirements are maintained.
Build strong relationships across the business while identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support a productive workplace, including occasional reception coverage as required.
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma is required; post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience supporting a sales team, sales leaders, or a sales-focused environment within a fast-paced organization.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and report generation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate competing requests, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
