The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the engineer contributes to solving complex business challenges through creative and efficient software development practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that align with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
- Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Node.js.
