The Commercial Excellence Head will lead value creation, margin expansion, and commercial productivity across Andean cluster. This role drives commercial effectiveness by optimizing revenue management, trade investment, shopper marketing, and in-store execution strategies while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, CBIA, and Category teams to accelerate profitable growth and market share gains.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Net Revenue Management and Trade Investment Strategy
- Drive margin expansion, value creation, and profitability through effective management and optimization of trade investments, promotions, and G2N spending.
Develop Commercial Excellence Strategies
- Establish and enhance commercial planning, execution, and performance frameworks to improve sales effectiveness and business results across channels.
Drive Shopper and Channel Growth
- Develop data-driven shopper and category strategies to improve market share, sell-out performance, customer engagement, and channel profitability.
Lead Pricing and Revenue Initiatives
- Manage annual pricing strategy processes and generate recommendations that support sustainable business growth and profitability.
Optimize In-Store Execution and Activation
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to design and implement differentiated in-store activation programs, ensuring strong execution and brand visibility at the point of sale.
Build and Lead High-Performing Teams
- Lead, coach, and develop multi-functional teams, including third-party sales organizations and agency partners, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Finance, Commercial Management, or Business Administration preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in leadership roles in Commercial Excellence, Trade Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Commercial Finance, or related commercial functions.
- Proven experience leading large and high-performing teams, including sales organizations.
- Strong background in financial analysis, commercial planning, and Net Revenue Management.
- Demonstrated success driving profitable growth and commercial performance in complex organizations.
