In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Duties:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
• Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles and assist in managing stock levels.
• Utilize retail math skills to provide accurate pricing information and financing options to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for clients.
• Participate in outbound sales efforts, including follow-ups with potential leads and referrals.
• Deliver compelling presentations to groups or individuals, showcasing the advantages of our vehicles.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to enhance sales strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent public speaking skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes is a plus.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed, to meet customer demands.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
