Pay Rate: $15.25 / Hour
3.1 Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Navigating operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
- Utilizing software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Accessing and managing email accounts
- Conducting online research and utilizing web-based tools
3.2 Customer Service Experience (B219)Candidates must possess prior customer service experience. This includes:
- Engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Demonstrating strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

- Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, issue or collect credentials as directed, and maintain accurate entry and departure records.
- Control access to production, storage, loading, and administrative areas in accordance with site-specific procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, loading locations, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
