Cornerstone Brands has immediate Seasonal Team Member and Equipment Operator openings in our West Chester, OH fulfillment center! This is a great opportunity to join a strong team that offers ongoing training and a collaborative, performance-focused environment. Experience is welcome but not necessary!

Starting Pay: $17/hr PLUS differential pay IF working 3rd shift.
We're offering the following schedules:
Seasonal full-time, 1st and 3rd shifts. Various fixed schedules with OT added based on business needs.
Seasonal part-time, 1st shift. Various fixed schedules with flexibility!
Where You'll Work
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, Ohio fulfillment center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
Pick and process orders for shipment to the customer
Quality check all work to ensure proper SKU, color, size and quantity
Follow and meet all accuracy and performance requirements
Identify inventory and process issues and present them to management for referral to problem resolution
Properly fill out profiling change forms, stop signs, and truck maintenance forms
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
All other duties as directed by CSI Management.
What You'll Bring
0-6 months experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment.
This position requires walking, standing, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds.
You will be available to work flexible hours such as overtime, and weekends
Team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the performance standards of the position
