Toll Architecture, a national full-service Toll Brothers company seeks a Regional Architectural Business Partner – Licensed Architect for our team at our division office located in Orlando, Florida.
What is the opportunity?
As a Toll Architecture representative, the Architectural Business Partner will be the liaison between the Division and the Architectural team (both in-house and outside) and the primary point-of-contact from the initial Planning and Design stages through Permitting and Construction for multiple projects. The ABP will collaborate with the Division Senior Leadership team to forecast and plan for future product needs - providing Architectural guidance and market insight that helps ensure on-time community startup and the designed product aligns with targeted buyer demographics.
As an advocate for the Toll Architecture team, the ABP will also be responsible for tactfully balancing the needs and wants of the Division with Toll Architecture department initiatives, policies, and standards
This position is hybrid.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Collaboration
- With the approval of Division leadership, initiate new work orders and/or revisions to existing work, coordinating with in-house and outside Architectural teams.
- Participate in regular operational meetings with Division leadership and other departments to stay current with upcoming workload needs and help drive results.
- Oversee the product library of both in-house and outside approved plan sets, ensuring they remain relevant, current, and support cross-functional department initiatives for efficiency and standardization.
- Assist in maintaining Design and Construction Document Exhibits that establish guidelines for product development to ensure both in-house and outside Architects remain aligned with overall department initiatives.
- Build rapport by providing excellent customer service to the Division, remaining accessible and approachable as you tactfully balance multiple cross-functional needs
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate and regularly audit the work of in-house and outside Architects to ensure consistency in scopes of work and adherence to corporate procedures, standards, and construction methods.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to establish realistic project schedules that ensure on-time delivery and share progress.
- Proactively communicate any scheduling challenges and current or upcoming workload needs to the Sr. ABP or Regional ABP.
- With oversight, review artwork and marketing materials to ensure they align with Construction Documents, Community Specifications, and Color Schemes.
- Field Support
- Provide timely support to field personnel as it relates to schedules, changes, and/or construction standards.
- Regularly attend construction site visits to document and coordinate needed revisions.
- Remain a consistent and knowledgeable resource for the Division for anything and everything related to Architecture.
- Regularly communicate on-going project status and Architectural department initiatives to Division personnel.
- With support from the Sr. ABP and/or Regional ABP, act as a trusted and reliable escalation point between Architecture and the Division to expedite appropriate solutions.

Do you have these qualifications?
- Essential:
- Active architectural license required
- Knowledge of architecture requirements and construction methods in local market
- 10+ years Project and People Management experience
- Able to travel as needed
- Preferred:
- Registered Architect
- AutoCAD, Bluebeam or Adobe, File Management Software
