The role requires managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, ensuring improved control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position demands continuous collaboration with various teams to maintain high standards and drive innovation in testing methodologies, contributing to the overall success of the project and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to optimize automation frameworks and testing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop comprehensive test automation solutions.
- Familiarity with various automation tools and scripting languages to support diverse testing needs.
- Skilled in identifying automation opportunities and driving process improvements to increase test coverage and reduce manual effort.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
