Hiring Unit:
McGill Executive Institute
Position Summary:
Focus: Website management, data tracking, administration, reporting, and marketing operations.
Responsibilities: Update website content, including:
Information session pages
Program pages
Registration deadlines
Faculty and staff bios, content etc
Create new webpages using established templates
Potentially edit WMS pages (Lifelong Learning page & Desautels – MEI page)
Archive or remove outdated website content
Test links and troubleshoot minor content issues
Share unpublished page links with stakeholders for purchase
Upload documents, images, and multimedia assets to the website
Monitor website content accuracy and consistency
Data & Reporting
Maintain marketing and recruitment tracking spreadsheets (E-commerce totals, FOAPAL, velocity reports)
Compile campaign performance data
Administrative Support
Create digital vouchers or promo codes when required
Support information session pre and post reminders
Create info session Zoom links
Manage shared folders and document repositories
Assist with CRM updates and list management
Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced Excel
Experience with HTML coding and platforms such as Dreamweaver
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately
