Group Lead, IT - Finance Capabilities at a glance...
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the technology capabilities that support Enterprise Performance Management for the Global Controllership organization. This role partners closely with finance and technology leaders to enhance and modernize solutions across consolidation, external reporting, close, internal audit, internal controls and related finance processes. You will be leading the implementation of SAP Group Reporting as the replacement for Oracle HFM, while supporting broader finance transformation through process harmonization, systems integration, and modern EPM capabilities.

Partner with Global Controllership Capability Owners and senior stakeholders to align business priorities, planning needs, and technology investments.
Help shape the roadmap for Enterprise Performance Management capabilities, with a focus on scalable, reliable solutions across consolidation, external reporting, financial planning, controls, and executive business reviews.
Support end-to-end ownership of Enterprise Performance Management solutions across the finance technology landscape, primarily SAP Group Reporting and Oracle HFM. Beneficial experience includes SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle ePBCS, Snowflake and related platforms.
Translate business requirements into integrated technology solutions that deliver measurable operational and financial value.
Bring strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, external reporting, and ERP-to-EPM integration processes to drive effective solutions.
Lead evaluation of capability gaps and recommend the best path forward through build, buy, scale, or transformation approaches.
Lead platform lifecycle activities, including enhancements, upgrades, vendor coordination, and continuous optimization to ensure finance platforms are scalable, secure, reliable, and able to support evolving business needs.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across technology delivery and support while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

I have 10+ years of experience across Finance, Financial Systems, Information Technology, and/or Finance Transformation, with a strong track record leading large-scale EPM implementations and enterprise technology transformations.
I have Functional Accounting or Finance experience, with a strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, external reporting, and financial planning processes.
I have experience leading technology teams in a DevOps or product delivery environment, while balancing competing priorities and developing talent across different skill levels.
I have strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems integration, cloud platforms, APIs, and data management, along with the ability to connect technology capabilities to business priorities.
I have strong stakeholder management, change leadership, and organizational transformation experience.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$141,500.00 - $176,900.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
