Management Level:
Class 1This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
Pay starts at $16.95 per hour, with an additional $1.10 per hour shift differential for 2nd Shift.
Role Overview:
This is an entry level, non-skilled general labor position that requires maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be willing and able to lift and pull up to 50 pounds or more if required.
The Team Member will perform fast and repetitive motions.
The Team Member will stand up to 8-12 hours per day.
The Team Member will be standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching as required.
The Team Member will work in a range of temperatures from 45 degrees to 110 degrees depending upon the area of the plant.
The Team Member will work in a cold, damp, hot or humid environment.
The Team Member will wear all proper safety equipment and must be willing to work weekends if required.
Qualifications:
Most Senior Team Member will be awarded.
New TM’s still in the first 30 days of probationary period are not eligible to bid.
No lateral, downward, or self-disqualification unless for higher classification for the past 6 months.
