Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is looking for an experienced and passionate Advanced Instructor to join our Training Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare training, facilitating simulation-based learning, and assessing participants' clinical competencies and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom lectures, practical skills sessions, simulation-based training, case discussions, megacode scenarios, and competency assessments.
  • Assess participants' knowledge, practical skills, clinical decision-making, teamwork, communication, and adherence to established resuscitation algorithms.
  • Facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences for healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct skills assessments, simulations, and competency evaluations in accordance with established training standards.
  • Participate in course scheduling, instructor allocation, and training preparation.
  • Coordinate training activities with internal teams and external clients.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of training delivery and participant experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, clinical practice, or training.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or another relevant healthcare discipline.
  • Current instructor certification from a recognized organization such as AHA, HSI/ASHI, NAEMT, Highfield, or another approved resuscitation organization.
  • Strong teaching, presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct simulation-based training, skills assessments, and competency evaluations.
  • Strong clinical judgment and the ability to effectively assess and provide constructive feedback to participants.
  • Professional, confident, and engaging approach to training delivery.
