This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to work from home while traveling to three sites once per week. Please note that bilingual Spanish proficiency is required for this role.
Are you passionate about helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a Dedicated Client Support Partner in the Houston area to serve as the onsite liaison for a key Cigna client. In this highly visible role, you'll provide personalized support to employees, HR partners, and client stakeholders while helping ensure a smooth and positive healthcare benefits experience.
What you'll do to make a difference:
Build strong relationships with client teams and employees as a trusted Cigna partner
Resolve complex benefit, claim, authorization, denial, appeal, and incentive-related issues
Educate employees on healthcare benefits, wellness programs, and available resources
Support new hire onboarding, open enrollment events, health fairs, and wellness initiatives
Partner closely with Account Management to identify opportunities, share insights, and enhance the overall client experience
Deliver presentations, training sessions, and benefit education programs
What you need to be successful:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Healthcare insurance industry experience preferred
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting clients, customers, or employee populations
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
