- Act as FP&A lead for ITV Content Licensing, partnering with senior commercial and finance leaders across EMEA markets and Sisco businesses to align financial assumptions, priorities and decision-making.
- Own and drive the standardization of forecasting and reporting processes across EMEA territories and Sisco businesses, ensuring consistency, scalability and comparability of financial outputs across forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning and reporting.
- Oversee the design and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce operational friction and support scalable ways of working.
- Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning activities for the ITV Content Licensing business across EMEA territories and Sisco businesses, including month-end reporting, variance analysis and performance management.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business and Studios FP&A teams, including evaluation of strategic initiatives, ad hoc requests and business decisions.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Studios and business FP&A teams, ensuring alignment on assumptions, effective information flow and understanding of key forecast drivers.
- Develop and support team members, strengthening technical and business capabilities while fostering accountability, collaboration and high performance.
- Extensive experience in forecasting and analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques, including demonstrated experience in financial modelling.
- Proven ability to build confidence and trust with team members and business partners.
- Extensive people management experience.
- Experience with Longview, SAP, Tableau, Power BI and Power Query is preferred.
