Production is primarily focused on Stainless Steels and Specialty Alloys, available in blooms and billets, ingots, round, square, flat, hexagonal and angle bars, wire rod, wire, reinforcement bars and threaded rods, with the expressed goal of satisfying the most sophisticated needs of the customer. Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, focus-driven, and highly organized Marketing Specialist & Sales Support professional to join our team on-site. This is a dual-focus role where your main priority will be marketing, specifically focused on elevating our brand presence. You will be the creative voice managing our digital marketing and social media channels, overseeing promotional and apparel items, coordinating trade shows, and driving overall brand awareness. Additionally, you will assist with our corporate sponsorships and community involvement initiatives. We welcome a candidate with an analytical mindset who can help us introduce data-driven insights as we grow.

The sales support portion of this role will focus on operational excellence, team alignment, and customer service. You will directly assist the Business Development Manager and Marketing & Key Account Specialist with order entry, order tracking, and expedites. This requires seamless collaboration with our production and supply chain team, and providing direct, helpful communication to our end-user accounts.

The ideal candidate is a proactive multi-tasker who excels at building brand excitement while managing structured administrative tasks. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Core Responsibilities:

Marketing Focus

Digital & Social Media: Manage all corporate social media platforms and digital marketing efforts to drive engagement and brand awareness.

• Branded Merchandise: Oversee the sourcing, design, inventory, and distribution of promotional items and company apparel.
• Events & Trade Shows: Lead the planning, logistics, booth setups, and execution of industry trade shows and corporate events.
• Community & Sponsorships: Coordinate company sponsorships and community involvement initiatives to strengthen local and industry relationships.
• Brand Future: Maintain brand consistency across all materials, with the open opportunity to help introduce campaign tracking and performance metrics as the department evolves.

Sales Support

• Account Support: Assist the Business Development Manager and Key Account Specialist with daily operations and client account maintenance.
• Order Management: Handle accurate order entry, monitor order tracking, and facilitate expedites to ensure on-time delivery.
• Production Liaison: Work closely with the plant production team to verify lead times, order status, and capacity for end-user accounts.
• Client Relations: Act as a reliable, professional point of contact for end-user accounts regarding their order milestones and inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Education: Minimum of an Associate’s degree required (preferred focus in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field).
• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in marketing or sales support. Manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus.

Technical & Creative Skills

• Design & Creative: Hands-on experience creating visual content using Canva, and/or Adobe Illustrator.
• Software: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Systems: Familiarity working with a CRM platform to track customer data, leads, or order progress.
