Essential Skills
- Analyze schedule variances and critical path movement to explain performance risks to project teams.
- Reconcile project team input with schedule logic, milestones, and field sequencing requirements.
- Explain schedule status, milestone movement, and forecast impacts during project update discussions.
- Refine assigned scheduling routines to reduce rework, missed inputs, and reporting delays.
- Apply construction methods and field input to improve schedule realism and activity logic.
- Validate schedule updates against project requirements, field progress, and baseline assumptions.
- Customize schedule reports to show current progress, critical activities, and stakeholder requirements.
- Analyze delay drivers and prepare mitigation options for project team review.
- Develop visual schedule exhibits that clarify logic ties, phasing, and project constraints.
- Build project schedules with activities, logic ties, calendars, durations, and milestone requirements.
- Train project teams on schedule update expectations, report use, and basic logic interpretation.
- Manage project schedules in P6, Microsoft Project, or Phoenix PM with accurate settings and reports.

Education
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering is preferred, but strong work experience will be considered preferred
Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience with 2-3 years scheduling experience
- Solid background in construction trades and technical knowledge
- Proficiency with scheduling software including P6, Microsoft Project (Microsoft Office Products), and/or Phoenix PM. Exposure to BIM/VDC teams on 4D and 5D schedules
Salary Range
$113,000 - $165,000
The salary range listed reflects a broad scope of potential earnings for this position. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, and internal equity. Please note that it is not common for candidates to be hired at the top of the range. We encourage open communication about compensation expectations during the hiring process.
