Salary range from $73,500 to $90,000

Full-Time, Year-Round with Health and Dental Benefits

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The Guest Safety & Parking Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of resort safety and parking operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment for guests and employees. Reporting to the Director, Emergency Services, this role provides leadership to frontline teams, oversees incident response and emergency preparedness, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement in guest safety, parking operations, and overall resort experience.

  • Overseeing the daily delivery of guest safety, parking, and public-facing operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment for guests and employees across the resort
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, and leading frontline Security and Parking teams, fostering a service-oriented culture while ensuring accountability, professionalism, policy compliance, and effective conflict resolution.
  • Maintaining a visible presence throughout the resort, proactively assisting guests, addressing concerns, enforcing resort policies, and confidently de-escalating challenging situations when required.
  • Leading incident response, investigations, and documentation processes while supporting emergency preparedness initiatives and ensuring appropriate communication, follow-up, and corrective actions.
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and resort policies while developing effective working relationships with police, fire, EMS, and other community partners.
  • Overseeing parking capacity, traffic flow, revenue controls, equipment, and service standards while identifying opportunities to improve safety, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and supporting departmental strategic objectives.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in safety, security, or emergency management, ideally within a guest-centric environment such as hospitality, entertainment, or attractions.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver License.
  • Must have First Aid/CPR/AED certified training
  • Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including first responders and local authorities.
