Description
Design has the ability to empower ideas and connect people. At Baskervill, we take that seriously—and we have a lot of fun doing it.
We’re a multidisciplinary design firm with a growing global footprint and more than a century of experience shaping some of the country’s most influential spaces—from university campuses and civic hubs to luxury resorts and Fortune 500 workplaces. Our Healthcare Studio is seeking a Healthcare Project Designer/Architect who’s passionate about healthcare projects.
In this studio, we fundamentally believe in the Ask, Listen, Create mantra, which we use every day to deliver successful projects. This role provides diversity and variety in your day-to-day, so our ideal candidate can work independently and flexibly on multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for detail and a collaborative spirit. Interested?
What you’ll be doing:
· Support the design and production of healthcare projects from schematic design through construction administration
· Help deliver thoughtful design solutions and high-quality technical documentation at every project phase
· Collaborate with in-house architects, interior designers, and engineers, along with external consultants and vendors
· Create accurate, high-quality Revit drawings that align with firm standards
· Contribute to a collaborative, growing team while balancing multiple projects and priorities
About you:
A great match for our team is someone who has:
· A Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited program
· 2+ years of professional architecture experience
· Exposure to Healthcare projects
· Proficiency in Revit required
Why Baskervill?
People come to Baskervill because the work matters, they stay because the people matter. That’s why our benefits are designed to support real life, not just work life. That includes:
· Medical, dental, and vision coverage
· Paid parental leave
· A 401(k) with employer match
· Short- and long-term disability coverage
· Paid personal time, paid holidays, and a floating holiday
· Flex spending account
· $58,000-$75,000 annually
While the range shown provides an overview of the expected compensation for this role, the salary ultimately offered will reflect the selected candidate’s unique qualifications, experience, and overall fit, as well as internal compensation practices and market trends.
We’re also deeply invested in community impact. Through our 5% Ask initiative, Baskervill employees collectively contribute an average of 1,000 volunteer hours each year, working with local nonprofit organizations.
But don’t just take our word for it—our culture of care and opportunity has earned us repeated ‘Best Places to Work’ recognition from Virginia Business and Orlando Business Journal.
