Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Monticello, Illinois
Department: Emergency Department/ Will float to Med/Surg, Surgery and Quick Care Departments with the greatest need.
Position Type: Full-time  
Hours per week: 36
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts 6:30p-7:00a. No required overtime.
Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Rotating Weekend and Holiday Coverage
Hourly Rate: $38.05-$47.57

Job Summary:

The Float Registered Nurse (RN) is a flexible, highly skilled professional who provides direct and indirect acute patient care within the RN's scope of practice, across various hospital units or clinical settings, to provide additional staff support with staffing shortages or surges in high patient volumes. Can respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment. Additionally, can perform general nursing duties in all floated departments with adequate supervision.

Requirements

• Current state Registered Nurse Licensure.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS certification within one year from hire date.
