Pasante Fidelización

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Pasante Fidelización para desarrollar funciones acordes a su necesidad.

Ubicación: Ecuador, Guayaquil

 

Misión

 

Apoyar en la planificación, ejecución y análisis de estrategias de fidelización y retención de clientes.

 

Funciones asociadas al rol

 

Manejo de bases de tickets para gestión de fidelización y retención B2B.

Gestión y apoyo a Proveedores en la gestión de fidelización y retención B2B

Generación de tableros de información de campañas.

Generación y actualización de Tableros KPIS locales.

Soporte a los diferentes Supervisores y Ejecutivos del Proveedor. 

 

Requisitos Indispensables

 

Estudiante de últimos semestres de Economía, Estadística, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing o áreas afines

 

 

Manejo de paquete Office

Manejo de sistema Excel nivel intermedio/avanzado. Excluyente.

 Power BI. Deseable

Contar con disponibilidad para realizar la pasantía por la mañana.

Contar con experiencia previa de 6 meses en puestos similares.
