Role Overview
We are looking for a Core Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in identifying and hiring talent across niche and emerging technologies, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and relationship-building to successfully close critical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and talent needs.
- Develop strategic sourcing approaches, talent mapping, and competitor research to identify high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
- Engage passive candidates through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines and business objectives.
- Drive hiring for technical, niche, and hard-to-fill positions across diverse technology domains.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment.
- Proven ability to hire for complex, niche, and strategic technology mandates.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, job portals, social platforms, and professional networks.
- Ability to create innovative hiring strategies and drive successful closures in a competitive market.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
