Description
Are you an enthusiastic, responsible, and dedicated individual with a passion for Scouting and working with young people? We are seeking a committed Scout Master to lead and guide our students in developing leadership, discipline, teamwork, confidence, and valuable life skills through Scouting activities and programmes.
Applicants should possess:
- Relevant qualification in Scouting, Education, Sports, Youth Development, or a related field.
- Recognized Scout training/certification will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience as a Scout Master, Scout Leader, or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct Scout meetings, training, camps, outdoor activities, competitions, and community service programmes.
- Ability to guide students, maintain discipline, and promote teamwork.
- Good knowledge of safety procedures and student supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
