Identify and mitigate technical risks, support complex troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to platform modernization, cloud transformation, and engineering strategy in an Agile international environment
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Extensive hands-on experience in software engineering using Java (preferably Java 21) and Spring Boot
Proven experience designing and delivering complex distributed and event-driven systems using Apache Kafka or similar technologies
Strong architectural mindset with experience building scalable, resilient, and cloud-native solutions
Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices
Deep understanding of microservices architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and API design principles
Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decisions across teams
Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, including testing, security, observability, performance optimization, and reliability engineering
Solid understanding of SQL databases; experience with NoSQL databases is an advantage
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution and ownership of initiatives from concept to delivery
