Stocker Incentive- Night Shift

Position Overview

The position of Stocker, Incentive is responsible for accurately stocking cases into designated pick slots and scanning them into the Warehouse Management System to ensure seamless order selection for our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of meeting productivity benchmarks for stocked cases per hour. Responsibilities include opening cases, maintaining clean and debris-free pick slots, and performing timely replenishment to prevent inventory errors such as mis-picks and product damage. As a Stocker/Repack associate, you will play a critical role in supporting warehouse efficiency by ensuring selection slots are properly stocked and organized at all times.

• Earn $19.00/hr , + .50 shift Differential, and Incentive
• 3rd SHIFT FULL TIME
• WEEKLY PAY
• DIRECT HIRE
• C&S 125 North Commerce Way, Bethlehem, Pa

 

You will contribute by:

• Cutting cases and placing product in pick slots
• Ensuring that all pick slots are stocked and damage free
• Ensuring trailers are loaded securely and safely to avoid associate injury and damage to product in shipment
• Coordinating with lift drivers and supervisor when pallets need to be replenished
• Organizing work area to ensure products are slotted correctly to avoid mis-picks and scratches
• Keeping work area clean and hazard free
• Working in safe and efficient manner
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned

 

What’s a great way to stay in shape?

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
