What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, dining areas, and other designated spaces.
• Perform routine dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Change linens and assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Follow cleaning procedures and infection prevention guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Replenish housekeeping supplies and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
• Respect residents' privacy, personal belongings, and living spaces.
• Interact with residents, families, and team members in a friendly, courteous, and compassionate manner.

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A caring and respectful approach to working with older adults.
• The ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical housekeeping tasks throughout the shift.
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
