Role Summary

Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. For 10 weeks, interns will share in the unique culture & perks found at our Home Office in the historic Philadelphia Navy Yard, while developing the skills to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity. The URBN 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from June into August at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

 

Role Responsibilities

 

Our graphic design intern will have the opportunity to work on projects related to social media, ­­­­ promotions, research and all facets of marketing and design for all the brands underneath Menus & Venues: Terrain Cafe, Terrain Events, Pizzeria Vetri, and Gatehouse. 

 

• Design collateral for all M&V brands, spanning email, social, and print design.
• Assist in photoshoots and develop moodboards for creative direction.
• Evaluate and elevate brand collateral while upholding brand standards.
• Support in menu design for seasonal menus from initial designs to final product.
• Contribute to opportunities impacting brand representation, including but not limited to copywriting, graphic design, and customer relations.

 

Role Qualifications

An eagerness to learn about all the different facets of marketing and design, and will bring new ideas that you’ll have the opportunity to implement.
