Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.

Install, configure, qualify, sustain, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment toolsets, including required hardware, software, and system interfaces, supporting the full lifecycle from installation through decommissioning. Maintain and improve tool performance to meet availability, quality, and production targets, including tool matching and configuration uniformity (hardware/software) across toolsets. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and equipment updates in compliance with documented procedures, specifications, and engineering standards; continuously refine PM strategies using data insights. Ensure all work complies with safety policies, required training, environmental regulations/laws, and quality expectations, and proactively identify, audit, and report safety hazards. Analyze equipment data and operational metrics (e.g., SPC, FDC, ETI, Y3) to drive cost reduction, reliability improvement, efficiency gains, and optimization opportunities. Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for complex equipment issues, promptly addressing safety, quality, and operational concerns. Collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, process owners, engineers, and technicians to coordinate daily operations, resolve issues, and support production requirements. Lead and execute improvement projects, partnering with coworkers to plan, prioritize, and deliver within scope, schedule, and budget; track and coordinate cross-functional action items to closure.
