Descriptif des missions proposées

L'objectif principal du stage est de concevoir et développer une solution capable de :

• Collecter automatiquement des données issues de documents de différentes sources documentaires :

• Exemple de sources documentaires à exploiter : rapports d'essais, documents de maintenance, rapports d'inspection, synthèses d'incidents, bases de données existantes, ainsi que d’autres documents techniques (PDF, Word, Excel, etc…).

-          Identifier, extraire et structurer les informations pertinentes grâce à des techniques de traitement automatique de documents.

-          Exploiter, lorsque pertinent, les technologies d'Intelligence Artificielle pour améliorer la qualité et la robustesse de l'extraction des données.

• Développer des fonctionnalités permettant la génération ou l'assistance à la rédaction de notes techniques à partir des données collectées.
• Alimenter automatiquement une base de données centralisée avec les informations extraites.
• Participer à la définition de l'architecture logicielle, aux tests, à la validation et à la documentation de la solution.

 

Ce stage est fait pour vous :

• Étudiant(e) en dernière année d'école d'ingénieur (Bac+5) ou en Master 2 avec une spécialisation en Informatique, Data Science, Intelligence Artificielle
• Compétences techniques recherchées :
• Maîtrise du développement en Python et des librairies (Pandas, Numpy, …) pour le traitement et l’analyse des données.
• Connaissances en SQL et conception de bases de données relationnelles.
• Notions ou expérience en Intelligence Artificielle et Machine Learning.
• Connaissances des technologies OCR et d'extraction de données à partir de documents.
• Compréhension des formats documentaires courants (PDF, Word, Excel).
• Savoir être recherchés :
• Capacité à comprendre et à formaliser un besoin métier.
• Forte capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
• Autonomie et prise d'initiative.
• Rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
• Capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
• Bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
• Force de proposition pour identifier des solutions innovantes.

Detailed description of the mission

The main objective of the internship is to design and develop a solution capable of:

• Automatically collecting data from various documentary sources:

• Examples of documentary sources to be processed include test reports, maintenance documents, inspection reports, incident summaries, existing databases, and other technical documents (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Identifying, extracting, and structuring relevant information using automated document processing techniques.
• Leveraging Artificial Intelligence technologies, where relevant, to improve the quality, accuracy, and robustness of data extraction.

• Developing functionalities that enable the automatic generation of, or provide assistance in drafting, technical notes based on the collected data.
• Automatically populating a centralized database with the extracted information.
• Contributing to the definition of the software architecture, as well as the testing, validation, and documentation of the solution.

This internship is designed for you

• Final-year student pursuing an Engineering Degree (Master's level) or a Master’s Degree (MSc) with a specialization in Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Technical Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Python development and related libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) for data processing and analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
• Familiarity with or experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of OCR technologies and document-based data extraction techniques.
• Understanding of common document formats such as PDF, Word, and Excel.
• Soft Skills Required:
• Ability to understand, analyze, and formalize business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to propose and implement new solutions.
• Language Requirements:
• French: Fluent or native proficiency.
• English: Intermediate to advanced level (minimum B2 recommended).
