Job Description

The Accounting Manager manages multiple complex accounting/financial/technical projects. The role manages the activities of multiple units within a division.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans, implements and manages multiple large-scale projects
• Identify critical strategic opportunities and creates action plans based upon these strategies
• Motivates, leads and develops others
• Predicts Insurance Industry trends and how it may affect the unit/division work processes

Experience

• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)

• This job has supervisory duties.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 98,100.00 - 167,850.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
