The Head of Domain Delivery - Finance & HR provides leadership for the execution of MSIG USA’s strategic technology and business transformation priorities. This role translates business objectives into practical delivery plans, aligns resources and partners, and promotes disciplined execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The position works closely with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable outcomes, manage risk, and support sustainable organizational change.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of a portfolio of enterprise technology and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish consistent delivery practices, governance, reporting, and accountability across programs and projects.
- Provide leadership across initiatives involving data, digital capabilities, cloud, core platforms, legacy modernization, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure delivery plans reflect business process needs, customer impact, operational readiness, security, compliance, and risk considerations.
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors to support quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
- Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and competing priorities.
- Provide clear, timely updates to executive sponsors and other stakeholders on progress, decisions, risks, and outcomes.
- Promote effective change management, communication, and adoption so that new capabilities are embedded into business operations.
- Build strong partnerships across the organization and foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented culture.
- Develop team capabilities and support an operating model that can adapt to changing business priorities.
- Perform other duties and lead additional strategic initiatives as assigned.
This position is expected to lead employees, consultants, vendors, and cross-functional delivery teams. The final organizational structure and direct reporting responsibilities will be determined based on business needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, enterprise transformation, program leadership, consulting, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation and adoption.
- Strong knowledge of the property and casualty insurance business, including experience across multiple areas of the insurance value chain.
- Experience partnering with senior executives, business leaders, technology teams, and external service providers.
- Experience with modern technology transformation, which may include data, cloud, digital platforms, artificial intelligence, or legacy modernization.
- Experience establishing delivery governance, managing risk and dependencies, and using metrics to drive decisions and accountability.
- Experience leading through significant change in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Enterprise leadership and the ability to connect business strategy with technology execution.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to simplify complex issues, create alignment, and move work forward through ambiguity.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
- Ability to influence across functions and levels without relying solely on formal authority.
- Strong financial and commercial awareness, including vendor resources, and investment considerations.
- Ability to build effective teams, develop talent, and establish clear accountability.

- Advanced degree in business, technology, or related field.
- Program, portfolio, technology, or insurance industry certification.
- Experience delivering transformation within a global insurance organization.
- Experience working with multiple technology and consulting partners in a complex operating environment.
SALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $210,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year. This is a good-faith assessment of the salary range for this position only. In determining the actual salary within this range, MSIG USA will consider a candidate’s relevant experience, location, and other job-related factors.
