You will be at the heart of business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery, supporting both conventional and Islamic banking growth initiatives. The organisation values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and inclusive teamwork, providing an environment where your expertise will be respected and your professional development supported. • Become a key contributor to major core banking transformation projects, influencing future application regionalisation programmes and platform migrations across the region.
  • Work closely with business units, technology teams, and vendors to ensure requirements are accurately translated into effective solutions while supporting both conventional and Islamic banking initiatives.
  • Enjoy a collaborative workplace culture that prioritises professional growth, flexible working arrangements, and continuous learning opportunities for all team members.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Business Analyst – Core Banking Transformation based in Malaysia, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of banking technology within the organisation. You will also lead data migration activities by conducting thorough data analysis and mapping exercises. In addition to supporting conventional banking operations, you will contribute to Islamic Banking growth initiatives by participating in product assessments and system readiness activities. Integration analysis across multiple applications will form part of your remit as you help drive rationalisation efforts. Throughout project delivery cycles you will coordinate workshops, track deliverables, manage risks/issues, provide executive reporting updates—and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
