You Are:
As a Principal Salesforce Senior Engineer, you will take a leadership role within the Salesforce CRM team, guiding a group of developers to deliver on both monthly and quarterly project objectives. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the quality assurance of development work, ensuring that all deliverables meet high standards and are completed within established timelines. You will play a key part in conducting impact assessments, collaborating closely with the Salesforce support team to escalate and resolve issues efficiently, and maintaining alignment with project scopes. While hands-on development may be required at times, your main responsibility will be to drive the team’s performance and uphold best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
The Work:
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver monthly and quarterly project scopes
- Oversee and perform quality assurance on development team deliverables to ensure high standards
- Provide expert input on impact assessments for proposed changes and new features
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce support team to escalate and resolve issues efficiently
- Guide the team in Salesforce administration, Apex development, and data architecture best practices
- Manage Salesforce environments and ensure effective environment management processes
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce-specific DevOps practices
- Ensure all project scopes are delivered on time and meet quality expectations
- Mentor and support development team members to foster growth and technical excellence
Here's What You Need:
- Experience in Salesforce administration, Apex development, and Salesforce data architecture
- Familiarity with developer quality assurance processes, environment management, and CI/CD pipelines will be highly beneficial.
- Experience leading development teams, performing impact analysis, and implementing Salesforce-specific DevOps practices will help you navigate the complexities of the role.
- Exposure to tools and methodologies that support robust environment management and streamlined deployment processes will further enhance your ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
