About the Role

We are looking for a US Payroll Administrator to join our growing team. This position will be employed through LennorHive EOR and assigned to support one of our clients. The selected candidate will receive a competitive compensation and benefits package, along with ongoing HR and employee support throughout their employment.


🕒 Work Schedule: Night Shift
🏢 Work Setup: Remote
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation Flexibility: Open to negotiation for highly qualified candidates.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process accurate and timely U.S. payroll for multiple clients across various pay cycles.
  • Review payroll inputs, identify discrepancies, and make necessary corrections.
  • Manage employee payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and direct deposits.
  • Handle payroll adjustments, reversals, voids, and off-cycle payments as needed.
  • Respond to client and employee payroll inquiries and provide timely resolution.
  • Maintain complete and accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Support multi-state, quarterly, and year-end payroll activities.
  • Partner with HR, Tax, Benefits, and Accounting teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Ensure payroll practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2–3 years of hands-on U.S. payroll processing experience.
  • Experience processing payroll for multiple clients preferred.
  • Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
  • PEO or payroll service bureau experience is a plus.
  • Must have a reliable personal computer and necessary work equipment.
 
REQUIRED SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES
  • Payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and discrepancy-resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
