  • Contribute to process improvements, technology enhancements, and operational efficiencies within the Trust Tax function.
  • Stay current on changes in tax laws, regulations, and fiduciary tax industry best practices.
  • Support special projects and other departmental initiatives as assigned.
  • Demonstrate and promote the mission, values, and client-first culture of Bryn Mawr Trust.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technology skills with the ability to learn and work within multiple tax, trust accounting, and reporting systems.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience within a trust company, wealth management firm, family office, or public accounting environment serving high-net-worth clients.
  • Professional designation such as CPA, EA, or JD, or active pursuit of a professional credential.
