Dive Into a Career You’ll Love: Swim Instructors Wanted!
Are you tired of being "just a number" at work? At Swimm with Timm, we do things differently. Our owner knows what it’s like to feel invisible in a big company, which is why he’s built a culture where every instructor is valued, supported, and given the tools to grow.
We don’t just teach kids to splash; we teach them to “Swimm Smarter, Not Harder.” If you have a passion for the water and a heart for teaching, we want to meet you.
The Pay & Perks
We believe in taking care of our team. That’s why we offer some of the best rates and benefits in the industry:

- Work/Life Balance: Up to 4 weeks of time off between sessions to recharge.
- Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision for those working 20+ hours (we pay 80% of individual premiums!).
- Future Planning: 401k Safe Harbor Plan with a generous company match.
- Growth: We promote from within! Start as an instructor and grow into a coach or manager.
